🚚 Delivery Timeline

We offer Worldwide Free Standard Shipping on all orders. The estimated delivery time is the same for every country:
📦 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You’ll receive regular updates on your order via email or live chat.

📦 Shipment Process

All Lets Jacket products are made to order at our facility. Once ready, we dispatch your order through reliable, trackable carriers like UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx. As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your item is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can monitor the delivery status anytime.

📬 Receiving Your Order

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, someone must be present to receive or sign for the package. You may also contact the courier to reschedule.
Lets Jacket is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received. In such cases, customers must file a claim with the respective courier.

🌎 International Shipping & Customs

We proudly offer Worldwide Free Standard Shipping, and our delivery timeline is the same for every country:
7–10 business days regardless of location.

Important: While shipping is free, international customers may still be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery, if applicable.
