Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact. Our quality control team inspects all items before processing to verify their condition. Products damaged by the customer or showing signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund.

Size-Related Issues

  • Reporting Deadline: Notify us of any size issues within 24 hours of receiving your item. Size-related returns or exchanges reported after this period will not be processed.

  • Incorrect Size Selection: If the item matches the size chart specifications but does not fit due to an incorrect size choice, returns or exchanges are not available.

  • Store Error: If we deliver an item that does not match the specified size, Lets Jacket will take full responsibility and provide an exchange. Report such issues within 24 hours of receipt.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 10 Hours: Orders canceled within 10 hours of placement qualify for a full refund.

  • After 10 Hours: A 20% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

  • After 1 Day: A 30% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

  • After 3 Days: A 40% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

  • After 1 Week: Cancellations are not accepted if requested one week or more after order confirmation
