At Lets Jacket, customer satisfaction is important to us. While our products are made to order and crafted with care, we understand that certain situations may require returns, exchanges, or refunds. 🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order delivery date under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will void the eligibility for return or exchange.

  • To initiate a return, email us at letsjacket343@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

📏 Size Issues

  • If we sent the wrong size (not matching your order or the size chart), we’ll gladly exchange or remake the item at no extra cost.
    🕒 Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • If you selected the wrong size based on our size chart, we may not offer a return or exchange. We encourage you to check sizing carefully before ordering.

🙅 Non-Returnable Situations

  • Returns based on personal preference or style dislikes are not accepted. We urge you to review product details and images before placing your order.

💳 Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the original payment method if the item qualifies based on the above conditions. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after our quality control team verifies the returned item.

❌ Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within the timeframes below:

  • Within 10 hours: Full refund

  • After 10 hours – 24 hours: 20% processing fee applied

  • After 24 hours – 3 days: 30% deduction

  • After 3 days – 6 days: 40% deduction

  • After 7 days, Cancellations are no longer accepted as the order moves into production
